DURA’s Finance Department manages a portfolio of $273 million in Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Bonds and more than $138 million in outstanding reimbursement obligations.

Upon full build out of these projects, DURA’s investments will have leveraged an estimated $8 billion in private capital in previously blighted and underutilized areas of Denver.
