DURA’s Finance Department manages a portfolio of $273 million in Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Bonds and more than $138 million in outstanding reimbursement obligations.

Upon full build out of these projects, DURA’s investments will have leveraged an estimated $8 billion in private capital in previously blighted and underutilized areas of Denver. DURA prepares audited financial statements annually in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.
