“I came to work for DURA because I wanted to make a direct and positive impact on a community I love.”
Prior to joining DURA in 2018, Jeff worked as an associate finance manager for McCormack Baron Salazar, a nationally recognized community developer, where he played a key role in helping to underwrite multiple low-income housing tax credit (LITHC) developments. Jeff’s experience also includes serving as a financial consultant for RubinBrown, a public accounting and financial consulting firm, where he provided guidance on financial structures for low-income housing and historic tax credit projects. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Colorado Denver. In his spare time, you can find Jeff snowboarding, rock climbing and cheering on the Denver Nuggets.
