Low- and moderate-income homeowners in Denver and Arapahoe Counties who are in need of upgrades or renovations to their waste water systems are eligible to apply for assistance. Households earning between 50-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) will receive 1% interest rates with a five-year pay back term. Clients below 50% AMI will use EHR for repair to take advantage of deferred loans. Residents earning between 81-100% of AMI will receive 3% interest rates with a five-year pay back term. All funds will be paid back to DURA over the five year loan period.
