Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) will hold a hearing to consider adoption of DURA’s 2025 Consolidated Budget on December 19, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (MST) at DURA’s offices located at 1555 California Street, Suite 200, Denver, Colorado 80202.

The proposed 2025 Consolidated Budget is available for inspection at the DURA offices. Please contact DURA at 303-534-3872 to arrange for review. Any City and County of Denver elector has the right to file or register a protest with the Board of Commissioners prior to adoption of the proposed 2025 annual budget.
