Bill Pruter is a real estate development executive with more than 30 years of experience in finance, development planning, entitlements and project delivery. He has led complex residential, commercial, mixed-use and adaptive-reuse projects totaling more than $1 billion across the Denver region and beyond.

Prior to serving as Interim Executive Director of DURA, Bill was Chief Financial Officer at Nichols Partnership, where he oversaw financial strategy, capital structure and full life-cycle development for large-scale projects such as the Spire Condominiums, Turntable Studios, One Platte and PearlWest, as well as multiple adaptive-reuse and mixed-use developments. He also previously served as Vice President of Arena Development at Kroenke Sports Enterprises, leading major development initiatives including Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business from UCLA and remains actively involved in civic and urban development leadership across Denver.
