“Redevelopment is about creating places that people can enjoy for generations. I’m excited to be part of work that has such a lasting impact on Denver.””
Dillon joined DURA in 2026 and serves as a Senior Redevelopment Specialist, supporting redevelopment projects that strengthen Denver’s neighborhoods through strategic investment and public-private partnerships. He brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate development, financial analysis and asset management, most recently for urban infill projects in Boulder. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Dillon worked with community- and sustainability-focused nonprofits, experiences that continue to shape his approach to redevelopment and community investment.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Dillon earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from Macalester College and an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, reading, exploring museums and discovering new music. He has a hard time passing a historical marker without stopping to read it.
