Jess joined the DURA team in 2019 as a Rehabilitation Specialist. Jess has an extensive background in project management, finance and higher education. Most recently, he served as vice president for a large erosion control/stormwater contractor.  Jess earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Black Hills State University. He and his wife, Susan, have lived in Colorado since 1985.  They enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and camping with their two daughters.
