The Community Stabilization Tool Assisting Neighborhood Development (STAND) program is a new grant initiative by the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) that will offer funding to small businesses, nonprofits, and business improvement districts to enable enhancements. The program aims to prevent organizations from moving away from their original communities.

Visit our Community Programs page for comprehensive program information and to download the full Notice of Funding Availability.

The application deadline is 2 p.m. November 8, 2024.

The Authority plans to allocate grant funds to small businesses, non-profit organizations, and business improvement districts within URAs that have historically lacked investment. DURA specifically requests proposals from these organizations seeking funding to support their vision for their intended communities.
