DURA’s Impact This Year

During National Homeownership Month, we wanted to highlight the work we’ve been doing to help our local homeowners.

So far in 2022, DURA has helped 37 Denver homeowners make home repairs and upgrades eligible through our home rehabilitation programs.

These updates improve property values, allowing lower and middle-income Denverites to build wealth and become more rooted in their communities.

Funding for DURA programs comes from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Denver Office of Housing Stability (HOST).

We thank HUD for leading the charge to help more Americans achieve the dream of homeownership — and make that dream sustainable.
