At DURA, we are thrilled to be a part of Denver’s efforts to help you electrify your home sustainably! Our rehabilitation programs perfectly align with the city’s vision for a greener and energy-efficient future. Together, we can make a positive impact on the environment and create a more sustainable community for all by stacking CASR Rebates with Xcel Energy’s electrification rebates and incentives offered through the Inflation Reduction Act to save thousands when electrifying your home. All qualifying projects installed after January 1, 2023, are eligible for the City and County of Denver’s rebates.

– Get up to $3,500 off a heat pump that will heat and cool your home

– Get up to $1,000 off electric vehicle charging

– Get up to $4,000 off solar when you have other electric equipment installed

– Get up to $2,750 off battery storage

– Get up to $2,000 off an electric service upgrade
