Meet Michael Guertin

Meet our Senior Redevelopment Specialist, Michael Guertin. Mike conducts underwriting analysis and ongoing support for a number of interesting redevelopment projects within the City and County of Denver.

Prior to joining DURA, Mike worked for George K. Baum & Company (GKB), a regional investment bank. As the lead quantitative analyst for the real estate developer finance practice, Mike structured over 150 bond issues, with principal exceeding $1.5 Billion. Proceeds from these financings were used to build libraries, schools, recreation centers and other public infrastructure, including the Ralph L. Carr Center of Justice and the History Colorado Center.
