9th Avenue (Denver) Land LLC, an affiliate of Continuum Partners, acquired the remaining 26 acres of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center campus in early 2015. Continuum began an accelerated demolition and abatement program, designed to prepare the site for vertical development. Current redevelopment plans call for approximately 900 residential units, up to 300,000-square-feet for retail, restaurant and a 140-room hotel, up to 200,000-square-feet of office space, 2,600 parking spaces and four acres of park and greenspace for the development and surrounding neighborhood.

Continuum will be reimbursed either as tax increment is generated, through the issuance of bonds once sufficient development has occurred in order to allow for such debt to be issued, or a combination thereof.
