Project Highlights

  • Eliminated blight with removal and clean up of vacant and deteriorating structures.
  • Provided needed housing options in a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use urban center.

Lionstone Group purchased a portion of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center site in June 2013. Lionstone completed demolition and remediation of the 7-acre parcel, located in the southwest corner of the site. The parcel was sold to Alliance Residential for the development of 324 market-rate apartments. The apartment project was the first infill project of an eventual $500 million mixed-use community on the 26-acre property.
