Applicants are required to submit a proposal as either a PDF (preferred) or Microsoft Word document describing how they intend to utilize the Community STAND funding, along with the required documents outlined below. A complete proposal will include the following sections (see full description below):
- Organization/Business Overview
- Project Description including the requested amount.
- Narrative on how the project will support the goals of the Community STAND program
- Demonstration of Project Readiness including full project budget and schedule
- Demonstration of Positive Community Impact
- Project Outcome Reporting
