What is DURA?

Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) was created by the City and County of Denver and has been helping Denver renters and homeowners stay in their homes for 40+ years. This is possible through DURA’s housing rehabilitation programs: Single Family Rehabilitation (SFR), Emergency Home Repair (EHR) and Renter/Homeowner Access Modification Program (RHAMP).
