The DURA is in need of qualified contractors to work on our housing program renovation projects. From roof repairs to interior renovations to plumbing and lead paint mitigation, projects vary — and each project helps a low- to moderate-income Denver resident in need.

Eligible contractors can apply at any time to be pre-qualified to bid on construction contracts during the current program year. DURA actively seeks to achieve MBE/WBE/SBE participation and to solicit qualified contractors to participate in DURA’s housing rehabilitation programs. The qualified contractor list is updated as often as new qualified contractors apply for inclusion.
